Absolutely love the fire ! It’s so realistic and looks amazing. Cant praise complete stoves enough! The fire was found to have some minor damage on delivery ( manufacturing issue) Claire could not have been more helpful at sorting everything out, communication was brilliant and the issue sorted out quickly with no fuss or drama. A pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend this company 100% thank you again
