What a wonderful company. So friendly and efficient. Not only did our stove get fitted earlier than expected (ready for the cold weather), Craig and Ed were professional and you couldn’t have told they had been there. They cleaned up and the star of the show (log burner) looks positively stunning. Thank you!

I was so lucky to have found Complete Stoves. A family business, providing excellent customer service. I visited Complete Stoves un-announced but nothing was too much trouble for Claire, who went the extra mile in showing me various makes and models and gave good advice. We had a number of exchanges claryfying technical details and my delivery was made within weeks without a hitch. Highly recommended.

We had a new stove and surround fitted by Ed & Craig and I cannot fault anything about the service. The end result is stunning and expertly done. I can’t recommend enough. Lovely guys, great service and very knowledgeable. Reasonable, fair price paid.

This is my Tinderbox Multifuel Burner as supplied amd fitted by Complete Stoves. From selection of the stove to fitting the CO Alarm they did everything. It was a delight to have the stove fitted and even more so when its alight. In for Christmas excellent price and lovely people you could not ask for more
