Complete stoves offered the best price on the market for our chosen stove.
Delivery was prompt,but after two weeks one of the fire bricks cracked.
Claire was fantastic and even although fire bricks are considered as consumables, we received two new bricks from the manufacturer.

Really great experience from start to finish. Easy system to purchase online and they were very helpful. A member of the team gave me a call as I wasn’t sure a large lorry would fit down the narrow roads to my property, so she quickly sorted out a smaller vehicle and kept me in the loop. Stove arrived quickly and well-wrapped, and the delivery man was very helpful in helping us to move it into the property. Overall a brilliant experience (and of course the stove is lovely too, and a very good price). Would highly recommend

In January 2022, I ordered a Parkray Consort 15 wood burning stove on behalf of my elderly parents to replace their 43 year old Hunter Midi. Claire and Craig were fantastic with the level of help and support they provided in liaising with Hunter to identify a compatible replacement that would run my parents hot water and central heating. When we decided to buy a wood burner for our house a few months ago, I had absolutely no hesitation in trusting Claire and Craig to best advise and support us with our choice for the purchase of a Parkray Aspect 5.
