Delivery was prompt,but after two weeks one of the fire bricks cracked.

Really great experience from start to finish. Easy system to purchase online and they were very helpful. A member of the team gave me a call as I wasn’t sure a large lorry would fit down the narrow roads to my property, so she quickly sorted out a smaller vehicle and kept me in the loop. Stove arrived quickly and well-wrapped, and the delivery man was very helpful in helping us to move it into the property. Overall a brilliant experience (and of course the stove is lovely too, and a very good price). Would highly recommend

In January 2022, I ordered a Parkray Consort 15 wood burning stove on behalf of my elderly parents to replace their 43 year old Hunter Midi. I was so lucky to have found Complete Stoves. A family business, providing excellent customer service. I visited Complete Stoves un-announced but nothing was too much trouble for Claire, who went the extra mile in showing me various makes and models and gave good advice. This is my Tinderbox Multifuel Burner as supplied amd fitted by Complete Stoves. From selection of the stove to fitting the CO Alarm they did everything. It was a delight to have the stove fitted and even more so when its alight. In for Christmas excellent price and lovely people you could not ask for more
